If you prefer to have no future contact from us, or your Yorktown Classmates or others from High School, please print out this page and return it to us with a photocopy of your driver's license or passport to:

If your name has changed since High School, please provide us with a copy of the papers approving your change of name.  We ask that you go to this trouble to protect alumni from others who might maliciously ask that we remove your name from our lists as a prank. Email requests can not be authenticated and will not be honored.

We maintain an permanent Opt-Out list, and your name will be placed on it and your name coded not to be contacted in our master list of alumni, although we're all volunteers so this may take longer than either of us would like, so your patience is requested.

Unfortunately, we have no way of selectively deleting your name from one of our sponsored activities and not others.  So on receipt and processing of your request your name will be excluded from all future activities that we sponsor, including, but not limited to:

• Our free quarterly newsletter

• Our free class chat lists

• Reunion notices

• Directory Updates

• Notification of current student activities which might be of interest

• Opportunities to contribute to scholarships or memorials to friends or Staff

• And we will advise anyone who wishes to reach you through us that you have elected not to receive messages from anyone at Yorktown and will not forward the message nor disclose how to reach you.

Unfortunately, neither can we control the actions of individuals acting on their own to contact you against your wishes and can take no responsibility for such actions.

We ask that you provide us with your current contact information, so that if at some point in the future you change your mind and wish to be removed from our Opt-Out List and reinstated on our active lists we will be able to verify who is making the reactivation request.
